1. Two ways to save. Pay for 1 year up front and save. Or pick a 3-year contract and pay less each month. On plans that say “same price, locked,” your monthly price can’t go up for 3 years. A 1-year contract renews at the price that year.
2. Already have a plan with someone else? Pay $25 to lock in our price today. Your Foster’s plan starts the day your old one ends. The $25 goes toward your first month. You get it back if you change your mind before then.
Repair money starts 90 days after you sign up. We check your system when you join. If something is already broken, we fix it first at our normal price. We also measure how full your tank is. If it’s about one third full of solids or more, it needs a pump. We pump it then at our normal price. Repair money is for parts and labor on your system. It doesn’t carry over to next year. It isn’t paid out as cash. Plans don’t cover the tank itself, the drain field or spray field, roots, floods, lightning, cars driving over the system, or misuse.

Conventional septic systems don’t have state checks. So most people forget about them until they back up. VIP members don’t have to remember. We check the tank, treat it, and tell you when it needs a pump.

Choose a 1-year or 3-year contract. Your VIP Plus pump-out comes after 3 years on the plan. At your first visit, we measure how full your tank is. If it’s about one third full of solids or more, it needs a pump. We pump it then at our normal price. Bigger tanks pay the difference at our normal price. The yearly check is a care visit. It isn’t a home sale or permit inspection. Tank treatment helps your tank, but you still need to pump it.
