Terms of Service
The rules for using our website, booking with us, and getting texts from us. Last updated October 22, 2026.
Who we are
These terms are from Foster’s Environmental Services, LLC, doing business as Foster’s Septic Pumping & Inspections (“Foster’s,” “we,” “us”). Our office is at 105 Foster Blvd, Maxwell, TX 78656. When you use gofosters.com, book with us, or text with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Our text message program
Program name: Foster’s Septic Customer Texts.
Texting number: Our texts come from (507) 669-7541.
What we text about: We send texts about your service with us. That includes:
- Booking and appointment reminders
- “We’re on our way” and arrival updates
- Quotes, invoices, receipts, and payment links
- Follow ups after a visit, like your report or a review request
- Answers when you text us with a question
We may also send reminders when your tank or plan is due for service. We don’t send texts that aren’t about your service unless you tell us it’s OK.
How you sign up: You agree to get texts when you give us your cell number and say yes to texts. You can do this when you book online, fill out a form, call us, or text us first. Saying yes to texts is not needed to buy anything from us.
How often: How many texts you get depends on your service. Most people get a few texts for each visit. You may get more if you text with us back and forth.
Message and data rates may apply. Your phone company may charge you for texts you send and get. Check your phone plan.
Getting help: Text HELP to get help. You can also call us at (512) 738-0582 or email [email protected].
How to stop texts: Text STOP to stop getting texts from us at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We’ll send one last text to say you’re unsubscribed, and then we won’t text you again. To start again, text START.
Phone companies: Phone companies aren’t responsible if a text is late or doesn’t arrive.
Your privacy: To see how we use and protect your information, read our Privacy Policy.
Prices and quotes
Our prices are on our pricing page. Prices don’t include tax, and prices can change. We tell you your price before any work starts. A quote is good for 30 days unless it says something else.
Your price is based on what you tell us and on safe, open access to your tank. Some things can add cost. These include digging to find lids, very deep tanks, extra tanks, roots or grease, extra hose, permits, or a second trip. If we find something like this, we’ll ask you before we do more work whenever we can.
Your part
- You must have the right to let us work at the property.
- Give us safe access. Open gates, put pets away, and tell us about buried lines, sprinklers, or other things in the ground that you know about.
- Tell us before the visit if anything other than normal septic waste is in the tank. We can’t haul chemicals, oil, gas, or other unsafe or banned waste.
What our work covers
Pumping takes out the waste that’s in the tank on the day we pump. It can’t promise your system won’t back up or need repairs later. An inspection reports what we can see and reach that day. It isn’t an engineer’s report or a warranty unless we say so in writing.
We’re careful on your property. We aren’t responsible for damage to things that were hidden or not marked, for normal digging needed to reach your tank, or for old or worn-out parts that break, unless we caused it by not being careful.
Paying
Payment is due when the work is done, unless we agreed on something else in writing. If you cancel after our truck is on the way, or we can’t safely get to your tank at the set time, there may be a trip charge.
Plans
If you join one of our septic plans, the plan sign up shows what’s included, the price, and how to cancel. Those plan terms are part of these terms.
Our website
We work to keep our website right and up to date, but it may have mistakes. What’s on our site is general info, not advice for your system. The words, photos, and logo on this site belong to Foster’s. Please don’t copy them without asking. Our site links to other sites, like our booking and customer portal. Those sites have their own terms.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. If we’re found responsible for a problem, the most we owe is what you paid us for the work that caused it. Nothing here limits rights that Texas law says can’t be limited.
Texas law
Texas law applies to these terms. If we have a problem, please call us first. We want to make it right. If we can’t fix it together, it will be handled in the courts of Caldwell County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our site or services after that, it means you agree to the new terms.
