Launching in November 2026

From your first call to a clean tank

From your first call to the record you keep. No surprises. Your price doesn’t change when the truck shows up.

Step one

You call or book online

We ask for your address and your tank size, if you know it. We ask when it was last pumped and if the lids are dug up. Tell us if anything seems wrong.

Step two

You get a price

Most of the time, you get it on the same call. Not sure of the tank size? We start with the 1,000 gallon price. We tell you the new price if it’s bigger. We never add things without asking you.

Step three

You pick a day

Choose a day that works for you. The driver calls about 30 minutes before he comes. You don’t have to wait around.

Step four

We do the work

We open the lids and pump the tank. We clean the filter if you have one. We look at the tank and the field. If something needs a fix, we tell you and give you a price before we leave.

Step five

You get a record

It shows the date, how much we pumped, and anything to watch. Keep it with your house papers. Buyers, banks, and the county will ask for it someday.

Step six

We tell you when to call again

We look at your tank size and how many people live there. Then we tell you about when your next pump is due. Plan members get put on the schedule for them.

Before we come

A few minutes to get ready can save you a $95 return trip fee.

Know where the tank is

Just bought the house? Never had it pumped? Tell us. We can find the tank for you.

Clear the path

The truck needs to get within about 100 feet of the tank. Move cars, unlock gates, and keep dogs inside.

Dig up the lids if you can

If the lids are under the dirt, we have to dig. Digging costs extra. We’re happy to do it for you.

Answer your phone

We call before we come. We call again if we find something. If we can’t reach you and the site isn’t ready, we charge a return trip fee.
