Septic tank pumping
This is our main job. We pump out the water and the solid waste. We look at the tank for damage. We clean the filter if you have one. Then we take the waste to an approved place.
What you get
A full pump-out, a clean filter, a look at the tank, and a record with the date and how much we pumped.
How often
Most homes need a pump every 3 to 5 years. Big families and small tanks need it more. If it has been more than 5 years, it’s time.
Inspections
We look at the whole system. The tank, the walls inside it, the water level, the filter, and the drain field. We send a camera down the pipes on every inspection. You get a written report.
Buying or selling a home
A buyer or lender will want the septic checked. We work fast so you can close on time. You get a written report with video in 48 hours. One price for every system: $450.
Pump and inspect together
It’s easier to see inside an empty tank. So doing both at once costs less than two trips.

Not sure if you need anything? We’ll look for free. It takes about 20 minutes.
What we check
Aerobic systems: the air pump, the alarm, the control box, the spray heads, and the chlorine. Conventional systems: wet spots, smells, risers, and when you last pumped.
What you get
A list with photos, sent to your email the same day. Each item is green, yellow, or red. We also tell you when your next pump is due. If it’s all good, we tell you that.
If your lids are buried, digging them up costs extra. This free checkup isn’t a report for a home sale.
Aerobic system care
Aerobic systems have parts that move, so they need care. Texas says most of them must have a care plan. The plan means 3 checks a year and a report to the county.
On a plan
We come 3 times a year. We check the air pump, the chlorine, the filters, the floats, the control box, and the spray heads. We send the county paperwork for you. Pick from 3 plans.
Repairs
Every system breaks sometime. When yours does, we find the real problem. We fix that one thing. We don’t sell you things you don’t need.
What we fix
Tank walls, filters, floats, pumps, air pumps, control boxes, alarms, and spray heads. We tell you the price for labor first. Parts cost what we pay for them. We check with you before we put them in.
Risers and lids
Are your lids under the dirt? Then every visit starts with digging. You pay for that digging every time. A riser brings the lid up to the top of the ground for good.
Do it one time
A riser pays for itself in a few visits. Your visits get faster. Your yard stays nice.
Business and other tanks
We also help small businesses and places that don’t have a normal septic tank.
Grease traps
We pump grease traps for restaurants and kitchens. Traps up to 500 or 1,000 gallons.
Lift stations
We pump out and clean lift stations for homes and businesses.
Holding tanks
We pump holding tanks on a set schedule or when you call. Priced by each 1,000 gallons.
Pipe camera
We send a camera down the pipe to find the problem. Then we tell you how to fix it.
